Striper Fishing

June-October

We normally meet at Gore Landing on the Lower Illinois River around noon.  Most trips last 5-6 hours.  You will use live bait on medium/heavy weight rods.  It is possible to catch stripers in excess of 30 lbs.

Sand bass Fishing

May-June

We will meet at Gore Landing on the Lower Illinois River.  Usually, we start at noon or 1 pm.  We will fish all afternoon, then return when you are ready and clean the fish.    You will be fishing with medium weight rods and reels and artificial bait.
